My team topic...

My team and I are going to do about gesture based learning and innovation. We have 5 members 3 of them from USA (included me) and the last 2 are from New Zealand and Australia. The first time i saw it, I thought the basically about the education and the technologies. Right now, I am researching about it. I think that is really fun to work with another people from others state and the foreigners.

 

Teaching Style by Using TapScott's Norms

TapScott's Norms can make the lessons more appealing and easier to learn for today's learner. Right now the technology is going very fast. People can use the technology to do their homework or send assignment or whatever. I can give you 2 example what i found. 1. In Speech class, we are using laptop to do our project, send assignment by the internet. 2. College people use laptop, cell phone to take the note, send assignment and etc.

8 Net Gen Norms Chapter3

This is the Net Generation of Technology. The 8 norms have freedom , customization , scrutiny,  integrity, collaboration, entertainment, speed and  innovation.
Freedom = Freedom to use it.  We can do wahtever we want on it, such as, choose what to buy, where to work, when to do the things, talk to friends or whatever we want to be.
Customization = personal idea to think or change something for to our own personal. We can change everything in technology, such as Ipod Touch (we can hack it), Making ringtones, put some music on, Singing cover the music.
Scrutiny = ability to distinguish between fact and fiction. And we get it through TV, Internet advertisement.
Integrity = It cares about - being honest, considerate, transparent and a bidding by their commitments.
Collaboration = Work and communicate with each other. That is very good. For example, My friend and i got zoology project to make our own study guides. We live in different place but we work together in the same time and we also chatted too. That is nice!!.
Entertainment = This is the ability to making fun while we are working with something
Speed = Right now everything goes very fast. Internet, game, cell phone, everythings, If we cant go follow it,  we will look like idiot persons.
Innovation =  Fix and improve our stuffs. They must be easy and quick.

the importance of meeting deadlines in business and education.

Meeting in the business and education are important. Because for education, We must plan about our career in the future. So planning is very good for imagine. For the the business, Times and places are very importance too. Because if the meeting use a long time to meeting or use the place is not interesting, the people will bore that meeting for sure. So use the good place, use a good time (not too long and short), plan the future :) 

Accepting criticism of your wiki posts and netiquette involved with criticism/comments.

Be respectful - If we posted any negative comments, sometime we will get some negative feedback for sure. So we should use polite words to communicate.
Write in style - People will pay more attention to what we wrote down on that review thoughtfully. Keep it readable. Use good grammar, check spelling and don’t use excessive profanity.
Turn negative to positive - Trying to find positive things in things that most people see as a negative. That is very good way to review those post.
Thanks, Thank you - These words are making a very good feeling on that review. Say these words and be politely. 
Be the better person - Many many times that i saw the people around the world take criticism as a personal attack. Making sure that take it as a criticism of your actions, not your person. Think that I am better than you by using polite word against them because they always use rude words for sure.

Using a WIKI to comunnicate the information

WikiLeaks is an international non-profit organisation that plublishes the information private and news and secrets mostly. It is the website that allow the creation and editing of any number in the web page. It allows the users to edit the information without any extra add on. We can put our ideas, stories, secret and etc. on it. Now we are using this communication a lot. Why? Because every time that when we find some information about something we always use wikipedia or wikileak same things. But not all of them are correct information. Because many users around the world can change it to their own idea. So some ideas are wrong.
I just found the other links on www.wikipedia.com. It has many good web sites Wikitionary, Wikibooks, Wikiversity, Wikiquote and many website.
